Biography

Marie Céspedes was raised by her mother and paternal grandmother, and grew up with one brother who is currently a staff sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps. A life-long resident of Rhode Island, Marie graduated Cum Laude from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature. As a result of her studies, she is bilingual in English and Spanish. Marie's great love of travel has brought her to all seven continents, minus Antarctica. She is currently in preparation for Graduate Studies in Creative Writing at Rhode Island College.
